Arbitrations with no claim value are charged at the Up to £1,000,000 fee.

Arbitrations held online unless in-person specifically requested. All expenses associated with an in-person arbitration met by parties (venue, arbitrator travel, accommodation, subsistence etc).

All arbitrations are conducted based on the Arbitration Green Pledge

A day is 8 hours. A half day is 4 hours and charged at 60% of the Day Fee.

Mediations with no claim value are charged at £250,000 to £500,000 fee.

Mediations held online unless in-person specifically requested. All expenses associated with an in-person mediation met by parties (venue, mediator travel, accommodation, subsistence etc). Two hours per party for 50 pages of pre-mediation reading included in fees.
